Executive Assistant at 80%
The Municipal Registry is looking for a:
Executive Assistant at 80%
Main tasks:
- Ensure the secretariat of the Municipality (correspondence, minutes, participation in meetings as a substitute)
- Assist the Mayor and the Registry in daily management (agenda, meeting organization, follow-up of files)
- Coordinate and monitor administrative projects, including preparing presentations and managing delegated files
- Manage the secretariat of advisory commissions and ensure the flow of information
- Organize official municipal events and ceremonies
- Perform transversal tasks: website management, supervision of apprentices, and substitution in HR management
We are looking for:
- Federal diploma of executive assistant and company trainer certificate
- Ease in writing and solid spelling skills
- Sense of priorities and organizational skills
- Proficiency in common office software
- Knowledge of public administration operations is desirable.
