For our Customer Service Branches unit, we are looking for a flexible, committed, and customer-oriented personality as a Customer Service Advisor Branches, 60% to 100%, for the branch locations in Bauma, Rüti ZH, or also as a floater throughout the entire branch network, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Advisory Customer Service Branches are the first point of contact within the customer zone and advise customers in the areas of payments, savings, and retirement planning. They are responsible for cash management as well as the location management of the branch locations. To relieve the sales department, they perform administrative tasks and assist in sales support.
