- You support our customers in using the Swiss Bankers app – ensuring that banking remains simple.
- You handle internal and external concerns directly in our systems and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- You coordinate with 2nd level or back office by creating support requests when things get more complex.
You impress us with
Professional
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
- Italian and French skills highly desired and English an advantage
- Completed basic training as well as experience in customer contact or service environment
Confident handling of digital applications
