We are looking for you to strengthen our team in the area of assembly scheduling. In this hub function, you ensure that our projects run smoothly – from deployment planning to feedback.
Clerk Assembly Scheduling 100% (a)
Your Challenge:
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor our assembly deployments – from the office, but with full construction site understanding.
- You are the contact person for fitters, project management, and external partners.
- You juggle appointments, resources, and special cases – without losing the red thread.
- You work closely with other departments and ensure clear communication and documentation.
Your Talent Counts:
- Technical understanding, good intuition for construction sites, and logistical thinking skills.
- Networked thinking – you recognize connections early and act solution-oriented.
- Very high personal responsibility – you work independently, purposefully, and thoughtfully.
- A high level of resilience – when it gets hectic, you remain calm and structured.
- Organizational talent: You plan ahead, think along, and act efficiently.
- You have a confident handling of digital tools and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and clear, reliable communication.
- You have fluent French skills at least at B1 level, which are essential for the role.
- You are down-to-earth and firmly grounded in life.
- Experience from a craft apprenticeship or the construction/assembly industry is a big plus but not a must.
