Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting residents (m/f/d) in everyday practical areas
- Promoting participation in community and social life
- Conducting daily and weekly structured activities as well as psychosocial care
- Support in crisis interventions and de-escalations
- Support in maintaining and promoting the health of people with complex impairments
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing assistant / helper (m/f/d) or as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
- Empathetic attitude and sensitivity
- Enjoyment in working with people with impairments
- Commitment, creativity, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work shifts
- Experience in care and cooperation with mentally ill persons is desirable
