The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center. For our monitoring ward, we are looking for a nursing specialist HF with IMC training as of July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your tasks
- Ensuring high-quality monitoring and care of outpatient and inpatient surgical patients
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the teams of the operating room, intensive care unit, emergency center, and wards
- Participation in pain therapy
- Co-responsibility for supervising students according to training assignments
Your profile
- Nursing specialist HF/FH with advanced training in monitoring care (IMC) or willingness to complete it
- You are resilient and remain calm and insightful even in challenging situations
- You possess high professional and social competence
