Job Description

We are actively looking for a rigorous, organized Cleaning Team Leader with excellent leadership skills to join our team in Bulle. This key position ensures the coordination, quality, and efficiency of cleaning activities within our buildings, guaranteeing a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.

As a Team Leader, you will supervise the cleaning staff and actively participate in daily operations.

Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinating and supervising the cleaning team
• Planning activities and ensuring service quality
• Participating in regular and specific cleanings
• Managing the stock of equipment and cleaning products
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene rules
• Training, supporting, and motivating employees
• Proposing improvements to optimize methods and service quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional cleaning and team management
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Mastery of hygiene, safety rules, and good maintenance practices
• CFC cleaning agent certificate or equivalent qualification (an asset)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, rigor, and team spirit
