HR Generalist (a)
Auto AG Bus, as a business unit of Auto AG Group, is continuously growing and we need support in the HR team. For the newly created position, we are looking for an independent, motivated personality who likes to take responsibility, thinks ahead, and is eager to further develop the HR world of Auto AG Group together with the team in the role of HR Generalist.
Your tasks
- Implementation and active participation in the entire HR lifecycle within a professional and modern HR management
- Handling personnel administrative tasks of all HR processes from entry to exit
- Independent management of the recruiting process in cooperation with the line management
- Responsible for a smooth payroll process including time accounting, social insurances, withholding tax, etc.
- Advising and supporting line managers and employees in all personnel and leadership matters
- Contributing to the further development of HR processes as well as exciting HR projects
Your profile
- HR-specific further education such as HR specialist certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role with good HR expertise
- Committed, proactive, and service-oriented personality
- Efficient, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment and willingness to work independently while also collaborating and being integrated within the HR team
- Confident handling of MS Office and HR tools
- Good communication skills in German
