About 180 dedicated professionals are deployed in residential homes, living groups, studios, and workshops in the beautiful Zurich Oberland.

In our organic and customer gardening in Fehraltorf, 10 professionals and about 30 clients work in the second labor market in harmony with nature.
The organic garden sustainably and regeneratively produces high-quality food for direct marketing.
The existing three customer gardening teams maintain and develop nature-oriented garden facilities for private and corporate clients and carry out landscape maintenance orders for the public sector.
From September 1 or by arrangement, we are looking for an
Offer Manager Organic and Customer Gardening 80-100 %

Operational management of the organic and customer gardening and further development of the company's positioning
Representation of the company in committees, working and project groups
Leading the team leader of the organic garden (vegetable cultivation), the directly subordinate specialists, and the employees in the second labor market
Pedagogical support of employees in the second labor market according to the foundation's participation concept
Ensuring gardening processes within the framework of the foundation's certified management system
Management and further development of customer gardening
Acquisition, execution, and evaluation of customer orders
Ensuring internal and external communication
Ensuring operational infrastructure and managing corresponding projects

Training as a master gardener, landscape architect, or equivalent training/experience
Proven leadership experience
Entrepreneurial thinking in the context of an NPO
Reflective, communicative personality with high systemic and social competence
Driver's license category B with trailer test
Pedagogical training or experience in the social sector is an advantage
Physical and mental resilience
