Business Analyst (m/f/x) - 80-100%

As part of the transformation of our HR processes and systems, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the HRD, working closely with HR teams, IT, and external partners.

In this key role, you will work on structuring projects related to HR processes (Core HR, Talent & Performance, Time Management, Compensation, interfaces), with a strong focus on framing, business alignment, and quality of delivered solutions.

The missions awaiting you:

• Qualify HR business requests
• Lead workshops with stakeholders (HR, IT, integrators)
• Formalize and prioritize needs in a transformation context
• Model HR processes (BPMN)
• Write user stories, functional specifications, and business rules
• Ensure overall coherence of HR processes and data
• Collaborate with architects and IT experts on solution options
• Identify dependencies, impacts, and risks (existing IS, interfaces, data)
• Ensure alignment between business, IT, and integrators
• Prepare and manage functional and UAT tests
• Contribute to deliverables validation and production deployment
• Contribute to the HR transformation roadmap
• Provide a cross-process / IS vision
• Support change management with HR business teams

Your profile:

• University degree or equivalent
• Proven experience as a senior Business Analyst on digital transformation projects
• Experience in HR projects: strong asset
• Very good knowledge of standards: BPMN, UML (ArchiMate is a plus)
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with integrators
• Practice of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Languages: Fluent French - professional English (minimum C1)
