About the job
The ESB Foundation Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise offering people in need of support attractive training and job opportunities as well as various forms of housing and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, and one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with disabilities.
To strengthen our team for supervised day care in Liestal, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for 5 days a week for a responsible and committed professional as
Agogic Group Leadership 80%
At a total of five locations, supervised day care enables people with disabilities to participate in simple work processes and integrate into manageable social structures. At the Liestal location, we support people with multiple disabilities. The focus of our offer is on creative activities as well as an individual and needs-oriented daily structure. Inclusion and participation are central. The offer is complemented by musical and activating activities.

- Accompanying and supporting people in need of assistance
- Planning and implementing creative, musical, and activating activities
- Co-designing an individual and needs-oriented daily structure
- Promoting participation, inclusion, and social integration
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team as well as documentation of care processes
- Supervision of trainees and interns
What you bring with you
- Completed training in social pedagogy, agogics, or care (FaBe)
- Experience working with people in need of support
- Responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented working style
- Experience in care or willingness to take on nursing tasks
- Flexibility, resilience, and joy in creative work as well as independence, teamwork, and responsibility
- Reflective, calm, and solution-oriented personality
- PC skills in common Office and graphic programs
