Your Challenge
- Personnel and professional leadership of the kitchen department in the absence of the team leader
- Active participation in production and preparation as well as at banquets and catering
- As a member of the management team, co-responsible for decision-making and implementation regarding the further development of kitchen organization and offerings
- Expansion of our existing high service quality, recognizing trends, implementing innovations and constructive ideas
- Compliance with general food processing guidelines, hygiene regulations, and the hygiene concept
- Active participation in cross-departmental expert groups
Our Desired Profile
- Further training as a head chef or willingness to complete this training
- Several years of practical experience in a comparable function
- Team- and solution-oriented working style with organizational skills and appropriate foresight
- A high degree of flexibility, independence, and motivation
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as proficient IT skills
- Positive and motivated personality with good communication and assertiveness skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
