The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

To strengthen our Beauty & Spa team, we are looking for a qualified and committed personality with a passion for holistic well-being.

Start date by the end of June 2026

Employment contract limited until early September 2026

Completed training as a masseur or spa therapist

Enjoyment of sales as well as individual, personal consultation

Well-groomed appearance and a warm, professional demeanor

Empathy, service orientation, and a pronounced quality awareness

Enjoyment of teamwork as well as personal contact with people

Performing body treatments and full-body massages

Recommendation and active sale of our high-quality care products

Individual, type-appropriate consultation of our customers

Ensuring a well-maintained ambiance as well as compliance with high hygiene, quality, and LQA standards
