Activities
As a workshop team leader, you report directly to the department head. Together with your team of qualified employees, you ensure the entire workshop operation and are responsible for implementing and adhering to internal standards as well as the requirements of Mercedes-Benz. In close cooperation with the customer service and parts and accessories departments, you ensure optimal scheduling and order acceptance. Through professional workshop disposition and smooth, expert order processing, you ensure high customer satisfaction. Your entrepreneurial thinking and actions lead to continuous improvement of internal processes, resulting in an optimal outcome in the cost accounting of your area of responsibility. As a coach and experienced leader, you comprehensively promote the personal responsibility of your employees, inform them in a timely and appropriate manner on department-relevant topics, and are responsible for targeted training and further education to maintain a professionally current level among both employees and trainees.Requirements
You have successfully completed training as an automotive diagnostic technician specializing in commercial vehicles and bring leadership experience. Your high level of quality awareness and entrepreneurial thinking and actions complement your pronounced customer orientation and service readiness. You convince with a confident, well-groomed appearance, good manners, and are a team player. As a prerequisite, you possess business-fluent German and solid IT/MS Office skills as well as a valid driver's license (at least category B, ideally category C/D).Offer
