Main tasks
- Leading a small team of 3 employees and coordinating cross-departmental interfaces
- Designing and managing central invoicing and the supplier invoice process
- Responsibility for continuous process optimization and digitization
- Preparing management information with indicators and key figures for accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Responsibility for carrying out monthly closing tasks and account reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Participation in financial projects
Profile
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, or comparable qualification
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Experience in professional leadership or coordination of teams is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- SAP knowledge (FI/SD) and proficient use of Excel
- Experience with internal control systems (ICS) and regulatory requirements
- Fluent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
