Maintenance Technician

The objective of this position is to ensure equipment availability according to the specified requirements. This includes qualitative and prompt troubleshooting as well as repair work in strict compliance with safety regulations.In addition, maintenance and repair work on production equipment must be carried out. Occasionally, participation in projects to improve the efficiency, sustainability and availability of our production equipmentis expected. A central task is the management and optimization of the spare parts warehouse to ensure the continuous availability of the required spare parts.

YOUR CHALLENGES

• Support in the maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Management and optimization of the spare parts warehouse
• Provision of 2nd level support in case of malfunctions and downtime of production equipment
• Saturday work and 2-shift operation (early and late shift)
• Participation in modifications and improvements of production equipment
• Processing and completion of orders in the maintenance tool

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, plant electrician or in a related field
• Professional experience in the maintenance of production equipment
• Knowledge of control systems (Siemens, Fanuc) is desirable
• IT skills MS Office
• Compliance with safety regulations
• Responsibility for independent, high-quality and prompt handling of malfunctions on production equipment
• Provision of spare parts from the spare parts warehouse and ensuring their availability
• Independent ordering of spare parts
• Planning and organizing simple repairs and improvements
• Planning and implementation of measures to sustainably prevent malfunctions
