Job Description
- Conducting analyses for release, stability and characterization studies of antibodies, proteins and peptides using various separation techniques (e.g. SEC, IEX, RP, peptide mapping)
- Reviewing and verifying HPLC raw data to ensure quality standards are met
- Organizing, performing and monitoring maintenance and qualification activities for analytical instruments
Requirements
- Completed laboratory training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in HPLC analytics and with chromatography software (e.g. Chromeleon)
- Knowledge in handling biopharmaceutical molecules and GMP-compliant analyses
- Strong analytical skills, discipline and a sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of both English and German
