Tasks
The SWISS Hub Control Center coordinates, controls and monitors all handling activities in Zurich, is responsible for the timely flow of information with all departments involved in the ground processes and represents SWISS within the Airport Steering.
- Monitoring, evaluating and commenting on the various handling tasks at the HUB of ZRH.
- Responsible for the passenger connection management. Ensuring smooth connections and updating connection information in the various IT systems
- Correct and timely setting of ETDs based on all available information (ETD management)
- Assignment of the correct delay codes
- Decision on extra handling activities outside of the contractual agreements
- Enforcement of measures and decisions taken against service providers
- Systematic control of the various service suppliers, analysis of weak points and proposal of improvement measures

Requirements
- Several years of experience in Airline Operation (ground handling organization and procedures)
- Good system knowledge in the area of airline handling and passenger reservations (Altea CM/FM)
- Openness, flexibility and stress resistance
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- High social skills and commitment
- Readiness for shift work
- Great ability to deal with conflict
- Good knowledge of English and German (Swiss German is an advantage)
