Strengthen our Support team in the Secretariat of the Parity National Commission (PLK) in Bern at the Wittigkofen location immediately or by arrangement as
Clerk Support Commissions 80-100%
Your responsibilities
You will jointly manage the support in the enforcement of various nationally generally binding collective labor agreements together with two colleagues. You support the management and specialists in all administrative activities, take minutes at commission meetings, respond to inquiries from third parties in writing and by phone, and draft correspondence according to guidelines in German, French, or Italian.
Your qualifications
- You have a commercial education and several years of professional experience in a similar position.
- You are responsible, enjoy telephone and direct customer contact. Efficient, independent, and precise work is a matter of course for you.
- Very good oral and written skills in German and Italian, as well as good French skills, facilitate your daily work.
- You possess solid IT knowledge and are familiar with common hardware and software systems.
- Your interest in political topics, conceptual thinking, and the ability to present solution options complete your profile.
