You want to develop customers further, are at home in the Microsoft Cloud and platform world, and have a sense of the opportunities and challenges that digitalization offers our customers and their companies? Then you are exactly right with us in Business Development for the Microsoft Competence Center at adesso! Combined with your basic IT knowledge, you act as a central interface between our customers, sales, and our consultants when it comes to the technical and strategic orientation of adesso in the area of Microsoft Clouds and platforms.
As a Business Developer, you ensure growth as a sparring partner for the executives and our account managers and convince our customers with your high expertise from the Microsoft world.
In addition, the following tasks await you:
- You enthusiastically apply your ideas in the development of tailored digital solutions.
- Through strong communication combined with your high technical expertise and organizational talent, you win your customers in pre-sales and orchestrate our pre-sales team.
- Based on the account planning you create, you successfully implement your goals.
- Together with sales and the executives of the Microsoft Competence Center, you secure our success in customer and order acquisition.
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Completed studies in business informatics or comparable qualification
- At least ten years of professional experience in a sales(-related) activity, at least 5 years of consulting experience related to Microsoft Clouds and platform services
- Experience with Microsoft cloud products: Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, or Microsoft Azure
- High communication and presentation skills as well as a confident appearance characterize you
- Ability to network and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in developing complex solution proposals, with different engagement models and commercial aspects
- Orchestration of bid teams in tenders
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
