What you can achieve
- Leadership, coaching and further development of the team – including feedback, performance and return discussions
- Shift management (early/late shift), deployment and vacation planning as well as daily resource control
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable quality standards and GDP regulations
- Ensuring a respectful, cooperative team climate as well as active conflict management
- Monitoring tours, starting orders (IBS/Convey) and acting as SAP Key User
- Actively working on optimizations and improvement projects
What you bring with you
- Basic logistics or technical training, ideally with further training as a logistics specialist or equivalent
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar role
- Independent and responsible personality who enjoys working with people
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office programs as well as SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift model during day and evening working hours as well as occasional Saturday work
