Do you want to actively contribute to sustainability and shape processes in environmental management? In this key role, you will lead the environmental management area, coordinate audits, and support our businesses in implementing measures according to ISO 14001.
We are looking for a new team member to support us as Environmental Management Officer with a workload of 60-80% starting 01.01.2026.
Our task menu
- Management of environmental management to ensure ISO 14001 certification, including planning measures in coordination with the Quality and Environmental Management leadership.
- Consulting and supporting businesses in implementing audit measures (ISO 14001).
- Planning and conducting internal training in environmental management.
- Coordination of the internal audit system in environmental management.
- Participation in the further development of the integrated quality management system (ISO 9001).
- Support with measures for occupational safety and health protection (EKAS guideline 6508).
- Collaboration with those responsible for process management and food safety.
- Participation in internal and external communication regarding environmental management activities.
Your recipe for success
- Solid professional training in environmental management as well as regular further education
- Several years of experience in environmental management (ISO 14001), project and process management (ISO 9001)
- Business management know-how and solid IT skills, especially in MS Office programs
- Ideally experience in the application of QM/QS systems
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
- Advantageous: knowledge of English and Italian
- Entrepreneurial, networked, and analytical thinking
- Method competence: concept creation, analysis, and controlling of measures
- Social competence: teamwork and communication skills
- Personal competence: commitment, initiative, enthusiasm, motivating appearance, willingness to learn, identification, loyalty, flexibility, and creativity
