Our Clinic for Sleep Medicine (KSM) in Lucerne is a specialized facility for the interdisciplinary care of patients with sleep disorders. Our goal: sustainable help for restful sleep and improved quality of life. With a wide range of treatments and our multiprofessional team, we offer evidence-based medicine at the highest level and care for our patients on an outpatient and online basis.
Your tasks
Leadership & Organization: You lead the clinic administration team including time tracking, recruitment, and employee interviews, organize team meetings, and actively support daily business.
Scheduling: You ensure optimal utilization of the sleep laboratory, diagnostics, and specialist team and are responsible for annual planning as well as managing electronic calendars. You also monitor appointments, instructions, and directives.
Quality, Process & Project Management: You develop and implement quality standards, optimize workflows, design new processes, and initiate as well as successfully implement projects.
- Coordination, Communication & Complaint Management: You coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration internally and externally, ensure smooth communication, and handle complaints professionally and solution-oriented.
- Billing & Accounting: You take on tasks in accounting and billing-related administration.
- KIS Administration: As KIS administrator, you are responsible for all activities related to data entry, programming, and optimization of the KIS.
Your profile
- Education: Completed commercial training or medical practice assistant (MPA)
- Experience: You bring leadership experience and good PC user skills (MS Office products, handling clinical information systems). Experience in healthcare is desirable.
- Personality: You are characterized by teamwork, flexibility, and your interconnected thinking and convince with polished manners, target-group-appropriate communication, and an interest in sleep medicine.
- Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form, foreign languages are an advantage.
