- You commit yourself as a coach and work resource- and goal-oriented with people with support needs.
- You act as a sparring partner and advise internal specialists as well as external employers within the framework of labor integration.
- Collaboration with clients and support circles (doctors, authorities, authorized representatives) is an important part of your daily work.
- You find creative solutions, establish contacts with training companies and employers, and help create perspectives with your commitment.
- Documentation, reports, and administrative tasks are just as much a part of your work as direct contact with people.
This is what you bring with you
- You are a communicative professional with an eagle eye for details and a heart in the right place.
- You like to work independently, think in networks, and remain calm even when things get hectic.
- You are eager to take responsibility, contribute ideas, and actively help shape things.
- You have successfully completed or are about to complete studies in social work, as a social pedagogue or work educator, or comparable.
- MS Office? No problem for you.
- You have a category B driving license and can find your way to our deployment locations (with or without navigation).
