A lecturer in public data law – Master of Law – 11%
Workplace: remote
Start date: August 1, 2026
Period: in the autumn semester (August to January) every other year (autumn semester 2026, autumn semester 2028, etc.)
We are looking for a lecturer to teach the public data law module (M08-B) as part of the Master of Law, corresponding to a workload of 11%.
This module covers the legal issues related to the processing of data by public authorities. It notably addresses the international, European, and Swiss legal framework, transparency of state activity, data protection, archiving, official secrecy, as well as the challenges of cyber administration.
