Your mission:
- Welcome and support patients according to current professional standards and the organization of the service
- Provide quality technical and rehabilitation care
- Participate in the implementation of the therapeutic project with the patient, in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Actively participate in the smooth running of the service by proposing improvement measures
- Work in pairs with the nurse
Your profile:
- Certificate as a Community Health and Care Assistant
- Experience in cardiology and/or respiratory and hospital care
- Day and night work
- Proficiency in the French language
- Proficiency in common computer tools
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
