Employee Guest Service & Tourist Tax Management

The Jungfrau Region Tourism AG is looking to complement the Haslital team in Meiringen from
May 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with an exciting personality.

• You advise and support our national and international guests daily at the Tourist Center, by phone or email, and convey the first impression of the holiday region
• You take responsibility for preparing information for the guest folder, the weekly program, and other formats
• You sell tickets for exclusive activities and experiences as well as cultural events
• You support the tourist tax management with various tasks such as advising hosts, data entry, and invoicing
• You maintain close contact with our service partners, the local population, and businesses
• You assist in planning and carrying out information events, occasions, and events for the Haslital resort

• You are enthusiastic about Haslital
• You are an upbeat, flexible, and balanced personality with initiative
• You enjoy working in a team, are responsible, and have a quick grasp
• You love interacting with international guests and enjoy speaking foreign languages (English, French, additional languages are an advantage)
• You have a tourism, commercial, or comparable education in the service sector
• You have a flair for numbers and enjoy administrative tasks
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs and open to the digital world
• You are willing to work weekend and holiday shifts
