YOUR TASKS:
- Manufacturing, processing, and assembling mechanical components and assemblies according to drawings and work instructions
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring conventional drilling and thread-cutting machines
- Deburring and grinding components by hand or machine (TimeSaver)
- Performing maintenance and repair work on production equipment
- Ensuring the required quality through continuous control and documentation
- Supporting production in other areas if needed (welding, assembly, logistics, etc.)
YOUR PROFILE:
You are an independent, entrepreneurial-thinking, and team-oriented personality. With your work, you want to provide our customers with good service and always keep customer satisfaction in focus. You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a production mechanic or comparable technical education
- Experience in mechanical processing is an advantage
- Technical understanding and confident reading of manufacturing drawings
- Independent, efficient, and quality-conscious working style
- You are willing to learn, think ahead, strive for continuous improvement, and enjoy variety in tasks
- You see every problem as an opportunity and a solution
