Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organization that provides professional and comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon, and Weisslingen. Our goal is to enable sick, impaired, or convalescent people of all ages to live a self-determined life at home.

We are looking for immediate or by arrangement:

Health Professional EFZ 60% - 100% with Vocational Training

These tasks generally await you: 

• Basic and treatment care in stable client situations
• Assignments in complex client situations with support from a nursing specialist
• Needs- and situation-appropriate care activities based on care planning, according to competencies and professional deployment criteria
• Maintaining meaningful care documentation
• Needs assessments using household assessments
• Needs- and situation-appropriate support in the area of living environment and daily life design in simple and complex situations
• Household management considering the clients' resources according to economic aspects
• Support for maintaining and promoting, or regaining individual abilities involving the resources of our clients
• Independent and delegated activities in the area of administration 
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the organization

These tasks await you as a vocational trainer: 

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating appointments medium- and long-term as well as situationally
• Encouraging and challenging learners according to their training level and individual situations
• Implementing the "Cognitive Apprenticeship" model specifically in practice 
• Assessing learners' performance and accepting competency proofs
• Engaging with developments in adolescence 
• Participating in meetings related to training
• Working with current technical IT applications in training (document storage, EPak)

We expect from you:

• Completed training as Health Professional EFZ or Care Professional EFZ with further education in treatment care
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organization
• High client and service orientation
• High communication, self, and social competence
• Resilient, innovative, and flexible personality
• IT user knowledge is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
