About the job

The RAV Thurgau is looking for a

• Consultation and support of job seekers with health impairments registered with the IV on their way back to the labor market.
• Support in professional reintegration and development of individual solutions together with the job seekers.
• Clarification of qualification needs and initiation of appropriate measures to promote employability.
• Coordination and close cooperation with partner institutions such as disability insurance, health and accident insurances, as well as social services.
• Coordination and support of integration measures with the involved agencies.
• Assumption of insurance-related tasks as well as administrative activities, especially careful file management.

• Completed vocational training with several years of professional and life experience as well as recognized further education in HR or social insurances (federal diploma).
• Several years of experience in a consulting and coordinating role, ideally in a social or labor market environment (case management).
• High social competence, initiative, and strong planning and organizational skills in case coordination.
• Interest in inter-institutional cooperation and exchange with various partner agencies.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss labor market and interest in different professions.
• Confident use of IT tools, administrative routine, and fluent German language skills.
