Your tasks- Coordination and execution of service assignments for our Mikron Mill milling machines and StepTec spindles
- Creation of service reports
- Analysis and diagnosis of recurring error patterns and determination of causes in close cooperation with the development and assembly departments
- Creation of advanced PLC software diagnostics and detailed error descriptions for the software department, as well as support with troubleshooting
- Support and assistance for our sales companies and customers in technical matters in 2nd level support
Your profile
- Several years of experience in servicing CNC machines
- Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (from iTNC 530 onwards)
- Knowledge of applications on CNC milling machines
- Ability to work independently and motivation to acquire new knowledge
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel worldwide up to approx. 80%
