About the job
Your Area of Responsibility
- You organize and coordinate an 18-member team including apprentices/students of a residential group
- You ensure high, holistic, high-quality, and individual care and support for our residents
- You accompany and coach professional groups involved in care and support in the residential area in everyday and complex care situations
- Assumption of daily responsibility and active
participation in care - Central contact person for residents, relatives, and reference persons
- Active shaping and continuous development of the residential group and the care team
- Participation in working groups and projects
Your Competencies
- Completed tertiary level education (HF/FH) or experienced health professional EFZ
- Further training in leadership or willingness to pursue such training
- Empathetic personality who cares deeply about the care and support of elderly people
- High social competence and team spirit
- Flexible and resilient personality
- Ability to set priorities and make independent
decisions according to instructions and concepts - Organizational talent with a high quality awareness
