The Erlenhof | Garage Basilisk is an operational specialist department of the Erlenhof | Operations Network and is managed as an operation in the sense of a profit center. The core process mainly includes vocational qualification measures, financed by public funds. The productive services are consistently oriented towards the standards, guidelines, and requirements of the primary labor market.

For our location at Reinacherstrasse 104 in Basel, we are looking for an engaged and entrepreneurial-minded person immediately or by arrangement as:

Operations Management of Erlenhof | Garage Basilisk (m/f/d) – 100% Position

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, professional, and financial management of Garage Basilisk
• Management of the operation as a profit center (quality, profitability, processes)
• Ensuring market-compliant services in the area of vehicle repair, service, etc.
• Leadership of employees, apprentices (EFZ/EBA), and program participants
• Responsibility for training, qualification, and educational progression from the secondary to the primary labor market
• Interface to internal specialist departments, cost bearers, disability insurance, and external partners
• Further development of the operation, the offerings, and the quality of training

• Completed training in the automotive technical field (EFZ), with corresponding further education (vocational trainer, workshop manager, and mechatronics technician, or similar)
• Professional and leadership experience in a workshop operation
• Business management understanding and experience in market-oriented work
• Interest or experience in supporting people in professional integration and training processes
• High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and decisiveness
• Joy in combining production, education, and social mission
