About the job

• Several years of experience as an assistant cook or in a similar position
• Reliable, flexible, and resilient personality
• Clean, organized, and efficient way of working
• Residence in or near the city of Zurich (max. 30 minutes commute)
• Flexibility and willingness to work with room hour
• Mobility and high willingness to work irregular hours
• Good knowledge of German

• Support of the kitchen team in production and mise en place
• Preparation, cooking, and plating of all dishes
• Clean, organized & efficient working method while adhering to quality standards and hygiene guidelines
• General cleaning tasks
