Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor (m/f)

Your tasks

• Analyse public and private tender documents.

• Study plans, specifications and special conditions.

• Carry out detailed measurements and quantities.

• Prepare estimates, budgets and financial offers.

• Perform price breakdowns and analyse cost prices.

• Consult suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate their offers.

• Establish sales prices taking into account technical and economic constraints.

• Identify risks and optimise technical and financial solutions.

• Participate in clarification meetings and negotiations.

• Ensure the transfer of files to the work teams after award.

Your profile

• Training in civil engineering or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the calculation and costing of civil engineering works in Switzerland.

• Very good knowledge of Swiss tender procedures and contractual practices.

• Mastery of SIA standards and NPK/CRB tender bases.

• Excellent knowledge of earthworks, pipelines, underground networks, reinforced concrete, roadworks and external landscaping.

• Ability to establish precise price calculations and defend margins.

• Proficiency in calculation software and office tools.

• Rigorous, organised, autonomous person with good analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
