Your role
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our German-Speaking Switzerland Market in Zurich as part of a unique, structured 4-year rotational programme designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in private banking and investment management.
At the end of this programme, you will be fully equipped to take on the role of Private Banker, supported by a robust in-house network of specialists and a deep understanding of our business and clients.
This permanent position offers a 48-month journey through three key areas of our Wealth Management business, allowing you to build expertise and develop a strong professional network:
• Year 1: Immersion with Client Relationship Officers to discover client relationship management and daily operations.
• Years 2 & 3: Integration within the Investment Platform to deepen your knowledge of investment and portfolio management, and to understand the needs of portfolio managers.
• Year 4: Gaining practical experience in high-level wealth management advisory through the management of an existing client portfolio.
Throughout the programme, you will be mentored by a Senior Banker and will collaborate with professionals across the banking sector, support the implementation of wealth management strategies, and contribute to the delivery of tailored solutions for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to complete professional certifications, such as the CFA, and participate in ongoing training and development activities.
Your profile
• Master’s degree in Finance or Management, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of French and any other language is an asset.
• International experience or exposure is appreciated.
• Enthusiasm, interpersonal skills, and a strong interest in client relations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly.
