As part of the development of its activities, our client is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer, focused on integration and client support, capable of understanding varied technical environments and assisting them in the deployment and use of cybersecurity solutions.
The position is internal (permanent), with a strong relational and technical dimension, without SOC scope, without operational management of alerts or incidents, and without GRC, compliance, or audit activities.
Understand clients' security needs and their business constraints.
Analyze and apprehend existing technical environments (IT, cloud, security).
Support clients in the implementation and adoption of cybersecurity solutions.
Be a trusted technical interlocutor, able to explain, advise, and guide.
Participate in the integration, configuration, and deployment of cybersecurity tools.
Adapt solutions to client contexts (architecture, maturity, usage).
Contribute to production phases and platform optimization.
Provide expert-level technical support to clients.
Participate in the analysis of security issues (excluding SOC incident handling).
Propose improvements and best practices adapted to client environments.
Work closely with technical and product teams.
Participate in internal technical exchanges and knowledge sharing.
Good understanding of security architectures
Experience with security tools such as:
SIEM (e.g. ELK)
EDR (e.g. CrowdStrike)
SOAR
Email security (e.g. Proofpoint)
Next-generation firewalls (including cloud)
Ability to understand and adapt to heterogeneous client environments
Ease in technical communication with varied interlocutors
Education in computer science, systems, or cybersecurity
Confirmed profile in cybersecurity (exact level open)
Experience in security solution integration and/or client environment
Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
Ability to simplify technical topics
Professional French and English required
