Health Specialist in the Specialized Dementia Department with Additional Role as Vocational Trainer
As a competence center for the elderly, we offer a comprehensive range of services in our new building that adapt to the individual life situations and needs of residents and patients. This can be in inpatient long-term care, in specialized dementia departments, rehabilitation and transitional care, or palliative care. We provide a suitable place for culinary experiences or for events and conferences with our versatile gastronomy landscape. The services area includes a hair salon, a foot care studio, and a physiotherapy practice. Your mission:
You are passionately and wholeheartedly committed to holistic, individual, and professionally sound support for people with dementia. Together with a motivated team, you take on responsible tasks such as daily management in our protected residential group. Vocational training is close to your heart, and you enjoy passing on your knowledge and experience to trainees and interns and contributing your expertise in specialist groups.
Your profile:
You have completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ and preferably have completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to complete it. You bring at least two years of professional experience, work reliably and proactively, and are empathetic, patient, and humorous. Teamwork and resource-oriented action and thinking are important foundations for your work.
