- Coordination and independent execution of service assignments for our Mikron Mill milling machines as well as StepTec spindles
- Creating service reports
- In-depth analysis and diagnosis of recurring error patterns as well as determination of causes in close cooperation with the development and assembly departments
- Creation of advanced PLC software diagnostics as well as detailed error descriptions for the software department and support in troubleshooting in coordination with them
- Support and assistance to our sales companies and customers in technical matters in 2nd level support
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in CNC machine service
- Very good knowledge of Heidenhain control (from iTNC 530)
- Knowledge of applications on CNC milling machines
- Independent and motivated to acquire new knowledge
- Willingness to travel worldwide as needed up to 80%
