knechtcare includes the activities of the Knecht Group in healthcare and offers a comprehensive and continuously growing range of services in the mobile sector, including home rehabilitation, care, patient transport, and emergency services. The finance team of knechtcare is responsible for the finance and accounting of the companies in the knechtcare division.

Your Main Tasks

As a young, committed, and entrepreneurial-minded individual, you take overall financial responsibility for the rapidly growing knechtcare division. Together with a small team at the Windisch and Zurich locations, you actively shape financial management and drive further development and digitalization in the finance area. Your tasks are diverse: you are responsible for the finance and controlling of the companies, prepare financial statements according to OR as well as cost accounting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. In addition, you prepare financial reports and analyses for management and the board of directors, participate operationally in day-to-day business, and ensure efficient internal processes.

Your Profile

Education and training in finance (finance and accounting specialist with federal diploma, expert in accounting and controlling or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling
Proficient Abacus and MS Office skills
Strong organizational skills, confident and professional appearance, and pronounced assertiveness
Structured and independent working style with high quality and service orientation and a hands-on mentality
