Your Responsibility
- Responsible for the overall coordination of Business Continuity Management (BCM) of the Helvetia Group (2nd LoD function) through functional leadership of the Market Units including budget and reporting responsibility
- Creation and maintenance of the BCM strategy, governance, communication plans as well as relevant instructions, guidelines, and minimum standards
- BCM monitoring and quality assurance through reporting, KPIs, exercises, and tests (e.g., walkthroughs) as well as ongoing optimizations
- Consulting and training of BCM managers and departments in all activities related to BCM
- Support for BCM managers and departments in the creation and further development of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
- Technical support for the creation of recovery plans (DRP) including tests
- Contact person and coordinator for the group crisis organization and exercises
Your Qualification
- Degree in engineering or economics or a comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in the field of BCM as well as experience in organizing training and in emergency and crisis management
- Very good knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 22301, ISO 22313, and ISO 2700X)
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, leadership qualities, and good communication skills
- High personal responsibility as well as pronounced service, quality, and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and resilience
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form (Spanish, French, and Italian are an advantage)
