Job description
The focus of your tasks is the management of criminal investigations in the area of the Criminal Code and ancillary criminal law. You provide on-call services and represent the prosecution before the district court. In addition, we appreciate your participation in projects and commissions. A competent secretariat is at your side.
Requirements profile
You have experience in handling criminal cases and court experience. Ideally, you hold a lawyer's license and have completed the CAS Forensics course. You apply your very good knowledge of criminal and criminal procedural law practically, and you conduct your investigations systematically and efficiently. Formally, you are eligible to be elected as a prosecutor according to the Zurich Court Organization Act or will be in the coming months.
Your personal strengths include absolute integrity, discretion, and high resilience. Diplomatic skills combined with assertiveness enable you to consistently implement your will to prosecute. You decide independently and take responsibility but also stand out for your teamwork and collegiality.
