We're searching for a seasoned and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team and play a vital role in cultivating and maximizing our relationships with key global clients in the semiconductor market.
Your Responsibilities

Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with the assigned accounts

Regular reports (oral and written) to the Sales & Marketing Team on the Gate- and Gate Assessment meetings

Regular reports to the Sales & Marketing Team

Provide efficient sales forecasts for the assigned accounts

Ensure efficient and timely responses to customer needs
-
Provide monthly reports on the status of the assigned accounts
-
New business generated by Specification Reviews and Design-ins
-
Elaborate documentation, training materials and seminars for presentations to customers and distributors
-
Orders received (OR) and Revenues (Rev) per budget as well as per customer- and project-specific targets
-
Profit margins by accounts, product lines and product groups
-
Efficient sales forecasts for the assigned accounts

New business generated by Design-ins and new products
-
Business plans and project plans for the assigned accounts

Monthly reports on the status of the assigned accounts
Your Background
-
Basic knowledge of power semiconductors, account and project management
-
Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully and close contracts with large, complex accounts

Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers

Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong technical knowledge of the products and services sold by the company

Proven experience working with clients and partners in multiple countries
-
Ability to communicate and work with customers in different geographical areas and different cultural settings
-
Adequate knowledge of English language, other languages such as German is a plus
