The Center Management Glatt takes care of the most successful shopping center in Switzerland with great passion and on behalf of the owner. With a small, efficient team, we ensure all services in the areas of center management and marketing as well as technical, infrastructural, and commercial building management around this property. Our customers are at the center with the goal of offering our over 9 million annual visitors a relaxed, varied, and unique shopping experience.
Your tasks
- You are the first contact person on the phone and at the counter, professionally welcoming visitors and managing the cash register
- You ensure smooth processes in the administrative daily business and support with versatile organizational tasks
- You take overall responsibility for the Glatt gift vouchers
- You ensure efficient processing and distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
- You coordinate the reservation, organization, and billing of the meeting rooms in the Tower
- You organize, coordinate, and support events for the marketing department and center management
- You reliably manage the group mailboxes
- You create, manage, and send out the Glatt passes
- You organize board meetings as well as the general assembly of IG Glatt and also take the minutes
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification and at least three years of professional experience
- You handle sensitive business and personnel data responsibly and discreetly
- You convince with your communicative manner, your proactive thinking, and your quick comprehension
- You work precisely, reliably, and structured – even under high workload
- You are resilient, team-oriented, flexible, and have a pronounced talent for organization
- You always act customer- and service-oriented and have very good manners
- You use MS Office confidently and routinely
- You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages are an advantage
