Our client, a company recognized in the field of high-precision screw machining, is looking for an experienced, open, committed Screw Machinist ready to actively contribute to the evolution of their workshop.

For our client based in Fleurier, we are looking for a CFC Landscaper – motivated, experienced, and autonomous Maintenance Manager, capable of efficiently managing maintenance sites and leading a team.
Your missions – Precision and commitment
Produce complex parts in small series (prototyping, watches, microtechnology, instruments, etc.).
Set, sharpen, and optimize screw machining machines to ensure the quality and repeatability of parts.
Work on Citizen R04 and L12 machines (a major asset).
Collaborate closely with the technical office for the development of new prototypes.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and production optimization projects.
Your profile – Technical skills and human values
Training in screw machining / micromechanics or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in small series and prototyping.
Desired knowledge of Citizen R04 and L12 machines.
Committed personality, open to change, engaged, integral, and honest.
Good team spirit, precision, and autonomy in work.
Driving license B and ideally vehicle owner (easy access to the production site).
