What to expect
- Technical and personnel leadership of your engineering team with a focus on personal responsibility, excellence, and team culture

- Design of modular software architectures including clean interface design
- Use of modern concepts such as DDD, SCS, micro-frontends, and data mesh
- Ensuring code quality, testing, and documentation through reviews, pair programming, and established standards
- Further development of development and test environments including CI/CD and DevOps processes
- Evaluation of new technologies as well as integration of proven best practices into team work
- Systematic reduction of technical debt and active risk management

What you bring
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year in a leadership role; ideally in the e-commerce environment
- Very good knowledge of modern backend/frontend technologies, cloud solutions, and CI/CD processes
- Experience with agile software development and solid know-how in DevOps practices
- Strong architectural competence as well as experience with modular systems and asynchronous data processing
- Application of DDD, SCS, and micro-frontends to model complex business domains
- Experience in implementing and further developing finance and HR systems
- Familiarity with team topologies and designing effective technical teams
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a high solution orientation
- Communication skills, empathy, and leadership mentality to develop and motivate your team
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification as well as interest in exchange with the developer community
