Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Maintain and establish continuous customer contact and be the first point of contact for professional and technical questions
- Ensure the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger property
- Carry out maintenance and repair work inside and outside the building
- Assign, supervise, and monitor orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality standards
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs as well as their complete documentation
- Willingness for on-call duty (initial intervention)
- Monitor the maintenance and care of assigned machines, devices, and maintenance materials
- Coordinate and control the operations of third-party companies for technical maintenance
- Ensure a positive environment on the premises and maintain communal areas
- Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site
- First point of contact for all concerns regarding technical building management
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or further training as a certified caretaker FA with experience in the technical field or in facility management
- Assertiveness, high social competence, and pronounced communication skills
- Responsible handling of people from different cultures, especially refugees
- Willingness to work flexible hours as well as independent, efficient, and reliable work
- Ensure caretaker tasks according to customer wishes
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good French language skills in spoken and written form
- Good user knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Driving license category B.
- A clean criminal record is a prerequisite
