To continue supporting our growth, we are looking for experienced Senior Consultants to strengthen our team in Zurich, Bern, and Basel.
Your tasks
You accompany decision-makers as a sparring partner in the AI era and take responsibility in demanding transformation projects.
Depending on the mandate, you lead workstreams or subprojects and operate at the interface between business and IT – from strategy development through business analysis to implementation.
You work closely with executives at the C-level as well as with experts from the ELCA group (architecture, UX, data, cloud, cybersecurity) and actively contribute to the further development of our consulting services.
- Independent management of work packages and entire workstreams in consulting mandates across various industries and topics of AI-driven digital business transformation
- Development of viable, practical solutions together with our clients – with a clear focus on added value and feasibility
- Close collaboration with decision-makers and executives at clients, at the C-level and across various levels
- Shaping the interface between business and IT – from strategy to implementation
- Independent planning and handling of workstreams, support and coaching of junior colleagues, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Participation in the further development of our consulting services in a focus area
- Support in building and maintaining sustainable client relationships as well as active involvement in the development of ELCA Advisory
- Utilization of the broad competencies of the ELCA Advisory team and the entire ELCA group

Your profile
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in business informatics, engineering, or natural sciences; a specialization in business or an additional field is a plus
- Experience in creating presentations for corporate management and competence in conducting workshops with various stakeholders
- Independent work and team play with excellent interpersonal skills, high client orientation, and enjoyment in coaching and supporting junior colleagues
- Experience in developing and validating value and business cases in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Deep understanding of current trends in AI and technology-driven transformation
- Initial certifications in common methods and frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, HERMES, CISM, etc.)
- Specific knowledge of relevant topics, e.g., artificial intelligence including agentic AI, cloud transformation, public procurement, or similar
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- Flexibility for travel and working directly with our clients on-site
