Construction Cost Planning / Project Evaluations (m/f/d) 50 – 80%

You mainly evaluate completed projects and support cost planners in their activities. In collaboration with the cost planning department, you participate in calculations, tenders, and construction cost management, leveraging your practical experience. Within interdisciplinary project teams with flat hierarchies, you work closely with architects, site management, and project development – with room for autonomy, professional exchange, and your personal development.

• Technical training in the building sector, completed as a site manager, construction planning technician, or architect; a degree in construction economics is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in construction cost planning/estimation in building construction. 
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards, reference values, and cost structures (CFC, e-CCC-Bât). 
• Experience in site management, construction cost management, tenders, and calculations. 
• Proficiency in a cost planning tool/methodology. 
• Excellent knowledge of German.
• Strong sense of organization, responsibility, and coordination, with the ability to intervene at the right time.
