Your responsibilities:

Managing the general and subsidiary ledgers including accounts receivable and accounts payable
Participation and involvement in financial projects
Reconciliation of intercompany relationships
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet / income statement)
Independently conducting the monthly payroll run for all employees
Responsible for the entire social insurance system
Preparation and review of payroll statements, certificates, and execution of all year-end tasks
Maintenance, control, and ongoing updating of personnel master data
Contact person for payroll-related questions from employees and managers
Creation of various statistics and reports
Obtaining operating permits for our eye centers and clinics

Your profile:

You have a commercial education and necessarily further training in finance and/or payroll.
You have professional experience in accounting as well as in payroll.
You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Abacus.
You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and responsibility.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
French and English skills are an advantage
